General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the sale of products through our website. Any order implies acceptance of the T&Cs by the customer.

2. Products

The products sold are those described on the website at the time of ordering. Photos are not contractual but representative.

3. Order

The customer selects the products they wish to purchase, confirms their order, and makes payment. A confirmation email will be sent.

4. Price

Prices are listed in euros, including VAT. Delivery charges may be added to the total depending on the area and carrier.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon ordering, via credit card or other methods offered on the website. Transactions are secure.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer. An estimated delivery time is displayed when ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

7. Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with the law (see Return Policy).

8. Liability

The seller cannot be held liable in the event of improper use of the product or force majeure.

9. Personal data

The data collected is used for order management and is never resold. The customer may exercise their rights of access and rectification in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the GDPR.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the location of the seller's registered office.
